Hey, I don’t know what happen in my Photoshop.. when I try to create some editing.. I can’t get my photoshop working properly.. Just hand-tools only in my canvas.. I try to restart but didn’t fix it.. wew.. I search on Google for this problem.. Someone in Yahoo Answer get the same problem and finaly I get the best solution for this..

I don’t know what actually causes that, but usually resetting your preferences will fix it…

Quit Photoshop. Relaunch it and immediately hold down the alt + ctrl + shift keys until a dialog box opens that asks if you want to delete your preferences (or settings, or something). Hit okay. See if that fixes it. (by somebody in Yahoo Answer)
